US Senator Al Franken of Minnesota and Minesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie talk about the importance of net neutrality at a FCC hearing in Minneapolis on the future of the Internet. The FCC commissioners are listening to the public about how the internet should be regulated, including comments about plans of internet providers the could favor content the providers own over other content.
