Minnesota Senate Minority Leader Tom Bakk says plans by the Republican caucus to remove Ellen Anderson as Public Utilities Commissioner are based upon her past votes as a Senator and not her current record as Commissioner. Senator Bakk called the move the the Republican caucus “strictly partisan” and an attack on DFL Governor Mark Dayton’s administration.
