Vikings Bill “Needs A Lot Of Work” Says House Speaker

House Speaker Kurt Zellers remains noncommittal in the Vikings stadium debate. He’s not opposing the bill, but won’t advocate for it or say how he’s going to vote. He hasn’t read all of the bill, but says it “needs a lot of work” because it uses tax dollars as a back up should there not be enough revenue from gambling to pay for the stadium.
